04/26/2005 HWA: Nigel McGuiness def. John Moxley in 10:15.

Moxley had less than a year of working experience, and it showed here, including the silly, long hair look he had. He looked like a teenager. There were a couple of quirky things he did that would foreshadow Mox, but he was a white meat guy here. I’m also guessing Steve Austin Disease caused him to cut his hair. He held up on some good mat stuff with Nigel early, but a few things didn’t look good, and he started fo look more green the longer it went. Nigel’s stuff looked solid, at least. Nigel won clean with the Tower of London.
