The Context

Here, the Young Bucks discuss their time in TNA

They really weren’t too bad with any of the individuals involved. They thought Dixie Carter was a nice lady and said she told them that, when they were released, she didn’t think it would be the last time they did business. They talked about Terry Taylor wanting them to change their look “to look like the Hardys but not the same” and how confusing that was. They said they regretted not sitting down with Russo and hashing things out, because that probably would have changed a lot of their tenure. Matt mentioned not liking Bischoff at first, but also admitted it might have been due to their own intimidation by his level of stardom. They said they started to like him more the more they worked with him, particularly after their empty-arena street fight with the Machinguns. They told a story in which a handful of X Division guys confronted Russo before Lockdown and aired some grievances, but they were buried shortly after, and Jay Lethal was gone within weeks.

Analysis

Honestly, without digging too deep into the timelines of everything, it seems like they weren’t bitter or held any grudges. It seemed like they took it all as a learning experience and have since moved on.
